I’m Petya — a pharmacist, fitness coach, and men’s transformation mentor.For years I’ve studied human behaviour, health, emotional patterns, and relationships… and one thing became clear:Most men are never taught how to truly understand themselves — or women.I combine science, psychology based approaches, emotional awareness, masculine structure, and physical fitness to help men rebuild their identity from the inside out.I bring structure, honesty, directness and a female perspective men rarely get access to - but deeply need.

Attraction turns into something performed, not embodied.
I created this program to change that.

so a man becomes grounded, self-led, and steady in his life again.

I’ve always known I wanted to help people.I became a pharmacist because I believed health was the foundation of everything.I became a personal trainer because I saw how deeply physical strength affects confidence, discipline, and identity.But over time, neither felt complete.I kept meeting people who were doing “all the right things” —
training, working, pushing forward —
and still felt disconnected from themselves.This work came from the realization that real change doesn’t happen in fragments.It happens when the physical, mental, and emotional parts are rebuilt together.That’s why I created this work —
not as a job, but as the expression of what I’ve always been moving toward.
